Whether you are wanting to tone up for the beach or gain extra strength for current exercise regimes, Pilates of Mornington can assess your fitness goals and help you to achieve them. All of our instructors maintain the highest industry standards and are passionate in passing on their knowledge. Specific rehabilitation programs can be designed in consultation with your medical practitioner and health rebates are available through selected funds.
